This could be my only form of Janathon activity for the rest of the month while my old lady hip isn’t very happy.
I called up the doctor today and well, Thursday 28th is the first appointment they have so quite possibly I will be changing Janathon to plankathon and February to Febathon.
I may be tempted to run before that though, after all, it’s only Monday and day 2 of no running again, so I’m kind of thinking that come Saturday that will be a week of rest and parkrun may be on the cards.
I’d not go mad or for a PB as I was last weekend but maybe just a slow and steady 5k to see how it goes. If it all goes wrong, I have an appointment come Thursday so all good.
But back to my plank
